Before joining Fangda, Mr. Kang served as Deputy Secretary-General of CIETAC, Deputy General Director of CCPIT Legal Affairs Department, Vice-chairman of the CCPIT Conciliation Center, Deputy Director and Secretary-General of CMAC, Secretary of the China Maritime Arbitration Association, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dari Co., Ltd., a company jointly set up by the CCPIT and Richards Hogg Lindley (HK) Ltd. Mr. Kang also served as chief representative of the CCPIT UK Office in London from March 2005 to April 2006, during which time he was also appointed as Secretary-General of the China Enterprises Association in Britain.
