Andy Leadston is a partner in the Property & Infrastructure team in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Monash University.
Andy has been recognised as “Best Lawyer – Real Property” in the Best Lawyers Peer Review, 2015-2017 and has a wealth of experience acting on a diverse range of large scale property matters in Australia and the United Kingdom.
He is known for his commercial mindset, in-depth understanding of the property industry and knowledge of the Melbourne and Sydney commercial property markets. Whilst focusing most recently on large scale acquisitions / disposals and development of commercial and retail property, Andy’s practice covers all aspects of property law.
Andy’s commercially informed approach is well matched to the fast-paced nature of the property law matters on which he advises. His strategic approach and personable nature have enabled Andy to construct a well rounded list of past projects, including several of Melbourne’s most iconic properties such as Eureka Tower, Southern Cross Tower, Como Shopping Centre, David Jones Bourke St and Myer Lonsdale St.
