Brad leads Corrs’ cross-disciplinary Property Finance Team in Melbourne. He has expertise in:

- residential, retail, industrial and commercial development

He advises local and international financiers, developers and funds on residential, hotel, industrial and commercial developments and acquisitions. He has acted for financiers on most of the major residential and hotel developments in Melbourne in recent years.
Brad is a keen follower of industry trends, and is often called on to advise on property industry issues such as presale and pre-commitment requirements in the Australian property finance market, settlement risk and FIRB requirements. Brad has assisted all of the major banks on digitisation, in particular the transition to electronic conveyancing, and use of digital signatures and electronic contracts.
