Heidi is the firm’s Partner – Diversity and Inclusion and the Chair of Corrs’ Diversity Council. In 18 years at Corrs, Heidi has worked across a broad range of the firm’s activities in legal practice and strategic business roles.
A highly regarded workplace relations lawyer, Heidi has been responsible for managing complex litigation and providing the highest quality strategic industrial relations and employment advice to large corporate and public sector clients.
A skilled strategist, Heidi has advised government and private clients on a broad range of overarching workplace policy matters and has presented workplace training programs to educate boards, employers and employees about safety, discrimination, harassment and bullying in the workplace.
Heidi led the development and start-up of Orbit, a Corrs owned legal resourcing business delivering best practice legal resources to our clients when they need it. A pioneer in the Australian legal market, Orbit has built a network of quality lawyers across Melbourne and Sydney who are ready to fill the temporary legal resourcing needs of our clients quickly.
Heidi was Corrs’ National Pro Bono partner from 2012 to 2016 and previously worked as a member of the human resources and marketing teams managing change projects.
