Paul is a projects lawyer with over 13 years’ experience in the development and delivery of major infrastructure projects in Australia and internationally.
He advises project sponsors, investors, government bodies, contractors and financiers on projects across a range of sectors, including social infrastructure, transport, student accommodation and energy. His experience extends to all phases of a project – from project development and procurement to project delivery, contract administration, refinancing, expansion, acquisition/disposal and restructuring.
Paul is known for his ability to bring a commercial ‘whole of project’ perspective, and for anticipating key stakeholder requirements across the range of inter-related government, financing, construction and operations issues relevant to major infrastructure projects.
