Marie specialises in workplace health and safety and is a key member of Corrs’ Employment, Workplace Relations and Safety team.

With over a decade of experience practising in criminal and workplace health and safety law, Marie’s skills are unique to Corrs and are invaluable under the current workplace health and safety statutory regime, which is a criminal regime.  Marie assists a range of clients with incident response, advice, investigations, prosecutions, coronial inquests and training.

Asia Pacific Legal 500 recently named Marie a Next Generation Lawyer in her field. Corrs’ Workplace Health and Safety practice was ranked tier 1.

Prior to joining Corrs in 2014, Marie was a Senior Associate at a prominent Victorian criminal law firm during which time she also obtained her Master of Laws from Monash University. Marie has also worked as a criminal lawyer at the Supreme Court of Victoria in its appellate jurisdiction.
