Associate Director, Corporate & Finance

Joelle is an Associate Director with the Corporate and Finance team of Drew & Napier, with a particular focus on clients from the Chinese Market. Her practice spans a broad spectrum of corporate legal matters, including corporate compliance, regulatory and policy advisory, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate law.

As part of her work with the Greater China Desk, Joelle regularly assists and acts as Singapore counsel to PRC clients in connection with their overseas investments, including the establishment of joint venture companies and the acquisition of shares in local and regional entities. She also supports clients on their business expansion into Southeast Asia and beyond, with Singapore serving as the base for their regional operations. She is experienced in helping clients navigate a range of Singapore legal and regulatory issues, including corporate governance, banking and finance, employment, and data protection.

Joelle is fluent in both English and Mandarin and is comfortable advising clients in both languages.
