Trey Arbuckle
Trey Arbuckle joined Kevin Terrazas in 2019, after working for five years with one of the top commercial litigation boutiques in the country.
Trey has represented individuals, corporate entities, bankruptcy trustees, governmental entities, and whistleblowers in a variety of complex commercial cases involving negligence, fraud, fiduciary duties, professional malpractice, and contract disputes in state and federal courts across the country. Before law school, Trey taught history and literature in a private, classical high school for several years. Trey graduated in the top 4% of his class from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. During law school, he was an editor for the Denver University Law Review, interned with the Securities Exchange Commission, and clerked at Level 3 Communications.
Michael Blue
Michael Blue is a Member of Grable Martin PLLC and works closely with Arambula Terrazas, PLLC on transaction matters for their clients, with an emphasis on real estate transactions and corporate securities. Michael has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and entitlements and has served as general corporate counsel for companies in all stages of existence. With his unique blend of real estate and securities experience, Michael has helped numerous clients raise money in private placements for real estate development deals. He combines the practical with the legal know-how to help your company move forward with confidence.
Michael graduated as the highest ranking graduate in his class at Baylor Law School, where he served as the Managing Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review. Michael previously worked as the President and General Counsel for the Ron Blue Institute. Prior to that, he was the managing member of Blue Rhodes PLLC in Austin, TX, a senior associate at Winstead PC in Austin, TX, and an associate at Haynes and Boone, LLP in Dallas, TX.

Eric Hudson
Eric Hudson is a seasoned litigation partner at Arambula Terrazas PLLC, with more than seventeen years of experience in complex commercial, construction, and employment disputes, constitutional challenges, and high-stakes appellate advocacy. Serving as first-chair counsel across administrative, arbitration, and state and federal trial and appellate courts, Eric has consistently achieved favorable outcomes for his clients, including winning verdicts, arbitration awards, and appellate rulings.
Most recently, Eric secured a favorable AAA arbitration award for a general contractor under breach of contract and Texas Prompt Payment Act theories, and obtained temporary and preliminary injunctive relief in federal court to prevent a defendant corporation from dissipating assets pre-trial. His appellate work includes amicus curiae representation before the U.S. Supreme Court, and advocacy before the Texas Supreme Court and Fifth Circuit on significant constitutional and policy issues.
Immediately before joining Arambula Terrazas, Eric was Senior Special Counsel in the Texas Attorney General’s Special Litigation Unit, where he represented the State of Texas in critical constitutional and election cases. He earned his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a B.S. in Economics with honors from the University of Houston. Eric is admitted to practice in Texas and New Mexico (inactive) and is qualified to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit, and all federal courts in Texas.
Eric is a Texas Bar Foundation fellow and is actively involved in professional organizations, including the Federalist Society and the Texas State Bar's Appellate and Construction Sections. Andrew earned his J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School and was an editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law. His student note on constitutional standing in data breach litigation received the journal’s Scholarly Journal Writing Award. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from Tufts University.
Andrew focuses on complex civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in New York. His application for admission to the Texas Bar is pending.
Before joining the firm, Andrew served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Brian A. Jackson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. Andrew previously worked as a staff attorney with the Criminal Defense Practice of The Legal Aid Society in Queens, New York, where he represented clients in felony and misdemeanor matters and appeared regularly in court.

Patrick Wolf
Patrick Wolf is a civil litigation attorney who represents businesses and individuals with a focus on efficiency and results. His practice spans a broad range of industries, including energy, construction, finance, real estate, healthcare, automotive, and cryptocurrency.
Patrick has significant experience handling high-value litigation. In 2021, he successfully defended a client against a fraud claim exceeding $300 million brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and in 2023, he negotiated a settlement in a breach of fiduciary duty case involving the distribution of more than $150 million in oil-and-gas assets. However, Patrick also regularly handles smaller disputes where cost discipline is critical. Drawing on this range of experience, Patrick calibrates the scope and intensity of litigation to resolve each case in a cost-effective manner.
Patrick graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the North Carolina Law Review, earned awards for trial and appellate advocacy, clerked in federal district court, and became a published author in the field of federal Native American law.
Prior to joining Arambula Terrazas PLLC, Patrick practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm, where he gained experience with the mechanics of large-scale litigation.
