Jennifer Foster graduated third in her class at the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law, where she was a notes editor for the Missouri Law Review. She clerked for the Honorable Duane Benton on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit after graduating with honors. Before joining Terrazas PLLC, she worked for two top-tier litigation firms. In all of these positions, Jenn has maintained a large docket of diverse cases and a robust appellate practice in state and federal courts. At Terrazas PLLC, Jenn is the primary briefing attorney and routinely mentors other attorneys and staff regarding motion and appellate practice of several different types. Jenn also has significant case management skills, previously serving as liaison counsel for several multi-district litigations involving trials in New York, California, Illinois, Missouri, and Nevada.
