Trey has represented individuals, corporate entities, bankruptcy trustees, governmental entities, and whistleblowers in numerous complex commercial cases involving negligence, fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, professional malpractice, and contract disputes in state and federal courts across the country. Trey graduated in the top 4% of his class from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. During law school, he was an editor for the Denver University Law Review and he interned with the Securities Exchange Commission.
