His practice spans multiparty negotiation and mediation, civil investigations, public civil actions, and legislative inquiries, including Parliamentary Commissions of Inquiry (CPIs). He regularly leads the negotiation of Consent Decrees and Conduct Adjustment Agreements (TACs), bringing a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to dispute resolution and regulatory engagement.
