Ryan joined Bright Solicitors in March 2018 as a Legal Assistant in the Investment Property team.
Ryan acts for a range of investment clients which involves assisting them with their objective to build up a property portfolio.
In addition, Ryan’s work involves acting for borrowers in obtaining bridging finance from both local and national lenders. A notable highlight of Ryan’s career to date was acting in a property incorporation which involved the transfer of 16 properties from a partnership to a limited company.
Education
Ryan graduated from the University of Plymouth in September 2017 and received a first-class law degree.
Personal
In his spare time, Ryan is a semi-professional referee and regularly officiates local and regional football matches.
