Ferry F. Rajagukguk is a Partner at FKNK Law Firm with almost 20 years of experience across private practice, public sector engagements, and in-house legal counsel for multinational corporations. He began his legal career at a prominent law firm in Indonesia and later expanded his expertise through international academic and professional exposure. He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Business and Transactions from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Ferry specializes in Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, and General Corporate and Foreign Investment. He has advised on a wide range of capital market matters, including public offerings (debt and equity), mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, corporate restructurings, rights issues, tender offers, and securities exchange listings both domestically and internationally. He currently serves on the board of Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Sektor Keuangan (the Association of Financial Sector Legal Consultants or HKHSK).

In addition to his capital market practice, Ferry also focuses on general corporate matters, with extensive experience in procurement law (both public and private sectors), foreign direct investment, corporate finance, securities regulation, and mining-related transactions.

He is a licensed advocate and member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), admitted to the bar in 2009 as well as registered lawyer with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (the Financial Service Authority or OJK). Ferry is also a lecturer on economic law at a leading university in Indonesia.
