Gladi Febri Argo brings exceptional expertise in multinational business law, with a proven track record advising clients across diverse industries and jurisdictions. Prior to joining FKNK Law Firm, Gladi was the founding and managing partner of a leading Indonesian law firm in collaboration with a Singapore-based firm, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, financial investments, and cross-border joint ventures.

His areas of practice include Corporate and Investment, Banking and Finance, Mergers and Acquisition, Energy and Natural Resources, Construction and Property, and Project Finance and Infrastructure. With deep understanding of complex commercial law, Gladi is known for delivering strategic legal advice that aligns with his clients’ business goals and protects their long-term interests.

Gladi holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Indonesia and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Amsterdam Law School (UvA). He is a licensed advocate with the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and has advised numerous Chinese corporations on foreign capital investments in Indonesia. Gladi is also actively engaged in business and legal communities, maintaining strong ties with members of HIPMI and KADIN, and currently serves as the Head of Alumni Connections and Networking at ILUNI FHUI.
