Mohammed is a dedicated corporate lawyer with more than 13 years’ experience on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, in particular general corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings (IPO’s), private placements (PP) and rights issues in Saudi Arabia. Licensed to practice law by the Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Prior to joining GLA & Co, Mohammed was working at Baker Mckenzie Riyadh office for 10 years. Mohammed Also worked with Simmons & Simmons and Al Zamil and Al Kharashi law firms.
