Darwin Rosario received his law degree, summa cum laude, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2018. He is a Lawyer and has a Master’s in Corporate Business Law. He has also participated in various courses and diplomas related to law. commercial, civil, constitutional and real estate. He is fluent in Spanish and English and has basic knowledge of French.

He has focused his professional practice on the exercise of commercial, corporate and real estate law. He has experience in the structuring of specialized contracts, constitution of trusts, management of important real estate transactions, industrial property, immigration aspects, project financing, among others.

Awarded the prize for the “Best Defense” in criminal matters in the litigation competition organized by the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2017.
