Yolanda Ariza Báez, has more than 15 years of professional experience. She has extensive experience in corporate law, contract structuring and negotiation, mergers, acquisitions, foreign investment and project financing, as well as specialization in everything related to real estate law, including registered rights litigation and inheritance matters.

Likewise, during her professional career She has handled operations related to the maritime transport of goods, customs issues related to the import and export of supplies, regulatory issues in the electricity and insurance sectors, also having experience from the public sphere in competitive processes to the light of the regulations on public purchases and contracting of goods, services, works and concessions.

Yolanda graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2007, and completed her master’s degree in Real Estate and Registry Law at Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in 2013 and complementary training in both corporate and business law, as well as in the area of public contracting.
