José Quiroz obtained his Bachelor of Law magna cum laude from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (Dominican Republic). He has an executive master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Barna Business School (Dominican Republic), a Master’s degree (LLM) in Foreign Investment from Carlos III University (Spain) and postgraduate certifications in International Private Law from The Hague Academy (Countries Basses) and in Commercial Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France). He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Legal Strategy from the OMG Institute (Dominican Republic).
