Advocate Trainee

Bartłomiej Mędzelowski specializes in family law and criminal law, with particular emphasis on divorce cases. He has been affiliated with Sobota Jachira Law Firm since 2023. He is currently gaining professional experience as part of his advocate training programme in Wrocław.

Previously, he gained experience through the Erasmus+ student exchange programme at the University of Limerick (Ollscoil Luimnigh) in Ireland, as well as by participating in numerous training series, including the "Law and Artificial Intelligence" training cycle organized by Wardyński & Partners, and scientific conferences, such as the National Scientific Conference: “Free Legal Aid During the Pandemic – De Lege Lata and De Lege Ferenda Perspectives.”

On a daily basis, he is involved in reviewing contracts for abusive clauses, preparing and negotiating agreements, and representing clients in disputes and settlement negotiations.
