Adarsh Ramakrishnan is a Partner at MRP Advisory, a law firm based in Dubai specializing in international construction arbitration and dispute resolution. He is a qualified lawyer licensed to practice in India and has extensive experience in international arbitration, commercial litigation, and cross-border disputes. His practice spans sectors such as infrastructure, energy, construction, and commodities across jurisdictions including the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Libya, Switzerland, Jordan, Greece, Syria, Singapore, and India.

Prior to joining MRP Advisory, Adarsh was a Senior Associate in the arbitration practice group at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., one of India’s premier law firms. He also worked with Siassi McCunn Bussard in Geneva as part of their international arbitration team. In India, he has appeared before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, trial courts, and tribunals, representing clients in matters involving white-collar crimes, real estate, service contracts, bank guarantees, and commodity trading disputes.

Adarsh is also involved in project advisory and dispute resolution in large-scale infrastructure and construction contracts, including those involving hydroelectric plants, transmission lines, power plants, metro and rail projects, and long-term supply agreements. He has represented clients in forums such as ICC, SIAC, and domestic ad hoc arbitrations.
