With more than 20 years’ experience, Aline represents companies that hire with the public authorities, especially through concessions. She works in both advisory and litigation areas, as well as before regulatory agencies and control bodies. She has recognized experience in defending public service concessionaires in various infrastructure sectors. She advises on bidding procedures and administrative proceedings, as well as strategic legal proceedings. Klein holds a PhD in State Law from USP, teaches postgraduate courses and has authored books, book chapters and articles on various topics of administrative and economic law.
