Bruno is head of litigation and arbitration at Vernalha Pereira. With over 16 years of practice, he has vast experience in judicial and arbitral disputes, with a focus on the civil and business areas. Among the clients he represents are some of the largest national companies, active in various market sectors, such as civil construction, real estate development, malls, technology, telecommunications, medical-hospital, and financial sectors. Besides his recognized performance in the High Courts, Bruno, in the last 10 years, has represented companies in arbitrations involving complex disputes in contract, real estate and mining areas. Ph.D. and LL.M from the UFPR and Visiting Scholar at Columbia Law School (2014), Bruno is a professor of Civil Procedural Law at Universidade Positivo and other educational institutions.
