Career
Marko graduated with an average grade of 9.10, and during his studies, he did an internship at the National Bank of Serbia in the Sector for the Control of Bank Operations.
He’s focused on banking law as well as company law.
He attended various seminars on mediation, but when litigation is inevitable, he shows his qualities as a knowledgeable, detailed, and aspiring litigant.
Experience:
In addition to numerous banking and commercial disputes in which he participated, he also successfully dealt with non-litigation disputes related to expropriation.
He has been involved in a large number of cases in which entrepreneurs and legal entities have been charged with non-compliance with covid measures. Marko assisted in litigation worth EUR 3mil against the Serbian electricity company which ended in a settlement between the parties.
He also participated in advising the Embassy of Brazil in Serbia on its lease agreement with Dipos for the embassy’s headquarters.
