Aleksandar has comprehensive experience in some of the most prominent projects that have taken place in the Serbian market.

His experience includes advising and assisting clients in complex M&A transactions and the sale and purchase of real estate properties.

During his career, Aleksandar has represented some of the most respected and reputable businesses in the world, banks, international organizations as well as governments, state-owned entities, startups and NGOs.

Most recently Aleksandar advised a foreign company during a complex transaction of sale of its Serbian assets to a multinational company in a transaction valued at EUR 25 mil. His recent experience also includes representing a domestic company in a dispute valued at EUR 4 mil as well as advising Eyemaxx Real Estate in a real-estate transaction estimated at EUR 15 mil.

Aleksandar has significant experience in the mining sector advising clients in the potential acquisition of two mines located in the Balkans as well as day-to-day mining business operations. His experience includes advising companies in the energy sector in obtaining energy permits, particularly EON and ENEL.

He acted as a key legal advisor to International Finance Corporation (IFC) in recovering over EUR 90 million claim through insolvency procedure against Koncern Farmakom MB, one of the largest agriculture, metal processing and mining businesses in Serbia, and six of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

Aleksandar also advised IFC in an out-of-court restructuring of its claim towards Victoria Group – the largest Serbian agricultural company, in the total amount of over EUR 50 million.

He advised Eyemaxx Real Estate AG, a German stock-listed company in pledging its Serbia-based properties as a collateral for EUR 10 million loan.
