Position

With over 30 years of experience, Rob provides expert legal, regulatory and transactional advice in the telecoms, AI and data sectors. He is the founder and principal solicitor of Bratby Law, a boutique law firm that offers bespoke and flexible solutions to clients across the globe.

His clients include large organisations and governments, medium-sized UK businesses, law firms, and consultancies, for whom he delivers specialist and general advice, co-counsel or specialist counsel, and fractional general counsel services. He has a deep understanding of the business and regulatory challenges and opportunities in the telecoms, AI and data sectors, and helps his clients navigate complex and evolving legal landscapes, including AI regulation and implementation.
