Payments Regulation

Payment Services Regulations 2017, FCA/PSR, open banking, commercial variable recurring payments, scheme governance, DORA. Rob Bratby serves as General Counsel to UK Payments Initiative Limited, the industry body developing the UK's commercial account-to-account payments scheme under the National Payments Vision.
