Carlos Neira joined Garrido more than ten years ago, after working in the Tax Administration -he is tax inspector currently on a leave of absence- and leads its White Collar Crimes Department, representing and defending taxpayers in proceedings for crimes against the Public Treasury.
He is a reputed professional, highly respected both in private circles and in the Tax Administration for his expertise as a lawyer and for the reliability of his legal expert reports.
Carlos Neira is also an associate professor in Economic Criminal Law at the CEU San Pablo University of Madrid.
