Within our Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury teams, we have extensive experience in assisting clients who have suffered significant and life-changing injuries, often involving both physical and psychological elements. Across these departments, we have been involved in many landmark cases including the Dr Shipman inquiry, Bolitho, Creutzfeldt Jakob Disease (CJD/BSE) litigation, PTSD Group litigation against the MoD and LSD group action.  Our Clinical Negligence team is led by Mark Slater and Chris Gawne; both highly regarded specialists in their field.

The Price Slater Gawne Wealth Protection team provides bespoke, tailored advice to clients to assist with intergenerational wealth planning. Our team adopt a joined-up approach, often working with professional advisors to ensure clients assets are protected for their intended purpose and objectives. The team works in close partnership with clients across the firm to assist with future planning and ensuring funds received for care needs are ring-fenced for their intended purpose.

Our Divorce and Family team has experience across the full range of family law specialisms from divorce to prenuptial agreements, and from financial and property issues following relationship breakdown to child arrangements. Our Head of Divorce and Family Law, Nicholas Clough is a trained mediator and collaborative law specialist, therefore ensuring that whatever the scenario, we are able to assist.
