Stefano Piroso joined the law firm of Daverio&Florio in 2004 where he later became a partner. He provides his 360° consultancy on labour law and industrial relations to many of the most important Italian and international banks and companies operating in Italy; he has solid experience of assistance in reorganization, extraordinary operations, employment litigation, disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective layoffs, union litigation, contract management especially in the credit sector. Stefano also participates as a speaker at conferences and seminars across the country. He is recognized nationally for his work in the field of Italian labour and employment law.
