He carried on his professional practice for many years at Studio De Dominicis law firm in Turin, a long-established employment law firm and historical legal advisors to the Fiat Group on employment matters. He dealt with both contentious and non-contentious issues of employment and labour law for Fiat Group companies and other leading private companies operating at national level as well as local municipal entities.

In 2003 he began to act for companies in the UniCredit Group, which had acquired Banca CRT S.p.A., in employment litigation matters. In the field of social insurance, I advise leading supplementary pension funds and health insurance funds in proceedings brought against them by members. He was admitted to appear before the Italian supreme court on 28/4/2006. He joined Daverio & Florio law firm as an equity  partner on 1/1/2008 and he head up the firm’s Turin office. In his practice on behalf of the firm he deals with employment law matters concerning banks, pension funds, health insurance funds, private companies, former municipal entities of both local and national importance, relying on the strength of the experience consolidated over the years, in particular before the national labour tribunals and appeals courts, as well as in civil litigation acting  for supplementary health insurance funds.

He is a member of AGI (the Italian employment and labour lawyers’ association) and of the Piedmont Section of the D. Napoletano National Centre for Employment and Labour Law Studies

Having graduated in law from Turin Uni versity, he passed the Bar Examination (Turin court of Appeals) in 1993 and was admitted to the Bar on 22/12/1993
