Fábio has relevant academic experience in the USA where he lived three years and in Italy where he studied Compared Law at Università Degli Studi di Torino, one of the most traditional universities in Europe. He has over ten years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Law acquired in large firms, including Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Lobo & Ibeas Advogados, as well as in multinationals such as Brookfield, Inc., one of the largest players in the segment of Real Estate in the world, and Cetip, the largest depository of steady income private bonds in Latin America. In 2015 and 2016 he coordinated one of the largest mergers and acquisitions transactions ever in the country.
