Domestic and international IP acquisition, corporate and non-corporate joint-ventures, commercial agreements, corporate structuring, tax and regulatory planning, designing long-term incentives and retention plans for key executives are among our most recurring projects.

We have created Espaço Startup, an online portal that continuously publishes articles and templates of standard documents to help entrepreneurs with basic legal challenges.
