Wojciech Kozorys has worked in the construction and real estate industry for over 14 years. He gained his experience as legal counsel in a leading Polish development company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and in one of the largest general contractors listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. For nearly five years, he was the head of the legal department in a leading construction company in Wrocław. Recently, he has been associated with a nationwide law firm specialising in construction process services and real estate trading.

He specialises in legal services for construction companies. He has experience in the comprehensive management of the investment process on behalf of the general contractor in the fields of volume and infrastructure investments. He also deals with complex services for developers. He has experience in conducting real estate due diligence, real estate acquisitions and commercial real estate leasing. He represents clients in court disputes.

He has assisted general contractors in the implementation of dozens of construction projects, including projects related to the construction of linear facilities with a value exceeding 2 billion PLN and cubature facilities with a value exceeding 300 million PLN. He also participated in the proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber.
