Anna specializes in advising on state aid law. She successfully advises medium-sized and large enterprises belonging to international capital groups on how to obtain available aid funds. She also comprehensively supports investors at later stages of using and accounting for state aid.

She has participated in many proceedings helping the represented entrepreneurs to obtain public aid by, first of all, applying for permits to establish companies in free business zones or applying for state aid, as well as in proceedings aimed at exempting investors from property tax.

Her experience includes comprehensive advisory services to investors with foreign capital entering the Polish market, mainly in the automotive sector and the increasingly popular e-motive sector. She also provides support to entrepreneurs at later stages of their activity, including labour law and broadly defined business law.

She has also advised on civil contracts, among others, on their drafting and negotiations, joint and several liability of the investor for payment of remuneration to subcontractors, and enforcement of contractual penalties.
