Marcel specializes in day-to-day services for companies with foreign capital. He has extensive experience in the broadly understood commercial and labour law, especially in the field of cross-border employment.

He has participated in numerous investment projects, taking part in negotiations with general contractors. He provides expert advice in construction projects. He supports entrepreneurs in launching and continuing their activities in special economic zones and legalizing the work and residence of workers from outside Poland (especially from Asia).

Speaker at a conference organized by the Polish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK) on the new rules of developing and reporting electronic accounting documentation of companies (e-reporting).
