Career

Andrii focuses on dispute resolution and commercial arbitration, with extensive experience in commercial litigation, as well as in handling matters related to public procurements and competition before the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee. Andrii advises the State of Ukraine and other clients in international investment and commercial arbitrations under the rules of ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, VIAC, SCC, ICAC at the CCI of Ukraine, etc. Andrii also advises clients on issues of applicable law, setting aside and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign court decisions in Ukraine. Andrii also advises both domestic and international companies on public procurement, competition law, and other legal aspects of doing business in Ukraine. He represents clients in commercial courts in matters involving contractual liability and challenges decisions of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine related to abuse of dominance, unfair competition, or anticompetitive concerted actions.

In addition, Andrii’s team advises both foreign and domestic clients on environmental protection issues arising in the course of asbestos-containing waste management.
