Felipe is a founding partner of Serrano Martinez, He is an expert in competition/antitrust law, commercial and regulatory investigations and litigation, compliance, and privacy law. Between 2012 and 2015 he served as Chief Adviser to the Superintendent of Industry and Commerce (Competition, Privacy and Consumer Protection Authority) and Deputy Superintendent of Industry and Commerce. He has worked as a lawyer in the Litigation Department of leading firms in Colombia and in private sector entities. He is admitted to act as attorney in Colombia and the State of New York. Foralmost twenty years, he has advised and represented important national and foreign clients in competition, corporate, contractual, privacy and consumer-related matters, investigations, and litigation. Felipe he represents and advises leading companies in the oil & gas, retail, food and new technologies industries, among which are: Uber, Amazon, Unilever, Chevron Petroleum Company, Allianz, Spotify, and Airbnb, among others.
Felipe is a profesor of competition law at leading universities, and a frequent speaker in national and international events. Currently, he iis the President of the Colombian Antitrust Association – ACDC-.
