Carla Luh is Head of the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects Team of Hogan Lovells in Germany. She focuses on the financing of international infrastructure and energy projects including public-private partnerships. She advises lenders, sponsors, borrowers, and investors on a wide range of international transactions across the globe. With many years' experience in drafting and negotiating project finance documentation, she is the right person for advice in relation to complex and cross-border infrastructure and energy projects.
