Position
Natura is a partner in the antitrust & foreign investment group and is qualified in England & Wales and Spain. She heads the UK antitrust team and the water regulation practice and our State aid and subsidies team.
Natura has over 20 years of experience advising clients on EU and UK competition law, including on global mergers involving filings in multiple jurisdictions. She’s also a State aid, public procurement and utilities expert and provides a one stop shop for many clients in regulated sectors (whether in relation to mergers, investigations or subsidy/state aid matters. She has a particular focus on the energy, water and transport sectors as well as advising clients in the healthcare sector as well as financial sponsors.
