Ms. Deniz Torun is an associate of DURUKAN+PARTNERS focusing mostly on corporate and commercial law, employment law and real estate law.

Ms. Torun is experienced in assisting clients in their daily corporate housekeeping and business operations, including drafting of all relevant corporate documentation and reviewing and drafting of various types of contracts. 
 
She has advised on employment law matters, assisted in employee disputes and drafting of relevant documents.
 
Ms. Torun has also experience in real estate law where she has assisted in high-level landmark lease agreements, including advising on issues such as construction regulations and permit requirements, building use and operation permit requirements. 
 
Ms. Torun previously worked as an associate in recognised law firms in Turkey.
