Employment and benefits: We advise public and private companies on the full range of employment and benefit issues in connection with mergers and acquisition and restructuring, including matters such as recruitment and hiring, agency and contractors arrangements, incentive plans and remuneration packages, transfer of employees, disciplinary actions and termination of employments. We represent clients in negotiations with trade unions and labour-related disputes such as litigation and arbitrations proceedings.
