Ioanna has been a key member of the firm’s dispute resolution team since 2015. Since joining the firm, she has been actively engaged in dealing with broad-ranging corporate and commercial disputes of a complex, high-profile, multijurisdictional nature. Ioanna has been actively involved in proceedings for the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, while she has established her expertise in interim remedies and corporate restructurings.

Ioanna received her law degree from the University of Cyprus, graduating with distinction, among the top students of her class. After qualifying as a lawyer in Cyprus and having achieved outstanding results in her admission exams, Ioanna obtained her Master’s degree as a Fulbright scholar from New York University (NYU), with a specialisation in international business litigation and arbitration. Whilst in the USA, Ioanna interned for the Permanent Mission of Cyprus at the United Nations. Following her studies in New York, Ioanna successfully passed the New York Bar Exam and was subsequently admitted to the New York Bar.
