Kaspar Bastian is one of Denmark’s leading tax litigation specialists and regularly conducts a large number of complaints and court proceedings involving tax issues before the Danish tax authorities, appeals bodies and the Danish courts of law.
Having more than 20 years of experience, Kaspar Bastian assists clients at all stages of disputes with the tax authorities, including in connection with the initial inquiries and investigations of the tax authorities, strategic considerations, settlement considerations and the conduct of complaints, appeals and court proceedings. In recent years, Kaspar Bastian has also built-up extensive experience in transfer pricing and further assists clients on criminal law issues relating to taxes.

In addition to tax law, Kaspar also handles court proceedings concerning, in particular, the professional liability of advisers and public law cases.
