Bryan is a Solicitor who brings with him 30 years of litigation experience of acting for victims of accidents and illnesses.  He has experience of handling catastrophic personal injury and fatal accident claims, together with malpractic claims.

Recently Bryan has settled the following cases:

• £100,000 recovered from the insurers of a motorist who caused injury to a pedestrian’s shoulder.
• £90,000 recovered from the insurers of an employer who caused personal injury and consequential losses as a result of steel falling on to a claimant during the course of his employment.
• £100,000 recovered for a Claimant who suffered injuries whilst a passenger in a taxi.
• £87,000 recovered for a Claimant who suffered a serious infection to her hand following a carpal tunnel operation at her local hospital.

Bryan believes strongly in treating his clients as he would wish to be treated. He works hard to ensure that he is approachable and easy to deal with. He prides himself on listening carefully to clients’ needs, giving clear advice in plain English and bringing about successful conclusions to their claims.

He has taken cases to the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords.

Bryan qualified in 1991 and then joined Rowley Ashworth dealing with factory accidents and industrial disease cases for union members.  In 1994 Bryan was appointed Managing Partner at Levenes at their Birmingham office, acting for leading legal expenses providers.  In 1995 Bryan set up his own Practice, Bryan Colley & Co.  In 1997 he merged his Practice and in 2013 joined forces with Talbots Law
