Lorenzo Piccardi mainly deals with international taxation, transfer pricing, M&A and structured finance.

He has provided tax assistance on numerous capital market/debt and structured finance transactions relating to bond issues at both domestic and international level, as well as bank loans (Senior, Bridge, Revolving, etc...).

He also provides tax assistance to high net worth families and family offices.

He is the author of publications on tax matters in domestic and international specialist journals and has participated as a speaker at conferences and specialist seminars.

Joined the Firm in 1989, equity partner since 1998. Managing Partner of the firm since 2016.

Consultant at a leading international auditing firm (1993-1997).

Former member of the Tax and Legal Commission of the Italian Association of Financial Investors (AIFI) and of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce.
