Anna Maria Gulino regularly assists corporate and private clients in relation to tax audits, pre-litigation proceedings, tax litigation up to the Supreme Court level, tax ruling requests and MAPs, in domestic and/or international tax matters. She has successfully concluded sizeable administrative and judicial refund procedures for tax withholdings unduly suffered in Italy by multinational groups and foreign funds.
Among her main clients are banks and financial institutions, investment funds, and Italian and foreign industrial groups operating in a wide range of sectors.
