Alison is partner and the Global Head of Employment, Pensions and Incentives

Alison’s practice spans the whole spectrum of pensions advice, and her clients range from large corporates to trustees of smaller schemes. Her focus is on strategic advice; in relation to liability management, corporate transactions, and funding journeys.  Alison has over 20 years experience of these areas, and she is often called in on a project basis to support alongside existing advisers. Her practice also encompasses areas of dispute and regulatory investigations. Alison leads the firm’s Global Employment, Incentives and Pensions Group.

Alison is a member of the UK Association of Pensions Lawyers and is a regular speaker at external events.
