David is a Partner in our dispute resolution team, focusing on health and safety and product liability.

David advises clients on all aspects of health and safety and product liability disputes, as well as regulatory compliance. He regularly assists clients following serious health and safety incidents, helping them manage the initial crisis, investigations, and prosecutions (including health and safety offences and corporate manslaughter). David also represents clients in civil and regulatory disputes related to allegedly defective or unsafe products. He has experience defending high-profile consumer class actions and handling multi-jurisdiction product recalls.

David is often instructed on matters involving new or emerging technologies where regulatory frameworks are still developing.

He also manages high-value personal injury claims, including stress at work claims and claims arising from health and safety or product incidents.
