Career

Xavier de Jerphanion joined Chassany Watrelot & Associés in 1996 where he has been a partner since 2005.

Xavier de Jerphanion advises and assists French and international companies on all issues relating to employment law and, notably, on employment collective relations.

His expertise is also much sought-after in the framework of the elections of the staff representative institutions and vocational training law.

In addition, Xavier de Jerphanion runs numerous training courses in employment law and coordinates Chassany Watrelot et Associés’ training programs with several professional training organizations (in particular with Erys, but also with ESCP).

He is also a member of the board of AvoSial, Syndicat des Avocats d’Entreprise en Droit Social, where he acts as Vice-Chairman.
