She ensures the legal management of global IT projects, contractual architectures, legal operation, contracts design and drafting, as well as implementation and management of pre-litigation strategies. Plus, online platform’s audit and compliance, e-business websites and consumer law can be added to the list.

Furthermore, as a frequent speaker, Claudia Weber holds many conferences, debates, seminars and training courses in her major subjects: information technology and intellectual property (for professional representation bodies, training organizations, and juridical events).

Her specialized writings are published in Village de la Justice, Le Journal du management juridique and Le Monde du droit. In addition, she has published several writings for the Dalloz editions.


Prior to founding and managing ITLAW Avocats since 2005, Claudia Weber worked from 1994 to 2002 in two law firms specialised in IT law that were Alain Bensoussan and Bird & Bird. She then joined Eversheds, where she created the Information Technology Department.
